I'm the person companies call when they realize their team is spending 40 hours a week on something a script could do in 40 seconds. Based in San Diego, working mostly remote.
Before starting SersweAI, I spent a year and a half at Citrin Cooperman where I learned what enterprise automation actually looks like at scale: messy CRMs, legacy ERPs, compliance requirements, the whole thing. I built the kind of systems that don't break when someone sends a weird email at 2am.
I studied Math and Computer Science at UC San Diego with a minor in Machine Learning. I picked up 4 Microsoft certifications in 18 months because I kept getting asked to build things in the Microsoft stack and wanted to actually know what I was doing.
