Built for an adaptive sports equipment manufacturer
Overview
Built a full custom CRM for an adaptive sports equipment manufacturer, completely replacing their HubSpot subscription. The system includes a dashboard with ROAS stats, pipeline management with drag-to-reorder, lead detail views, CSV import with auto-detection, and 9 n8n automation workflows handling everything from lead capture to email sequences to error monitoring.
The Problem
The manufacturer was paying for HubSpot but only using a fraction of its features. Lead follow-up was manual, nurture sequences were inconsistent, and there was no visibility into pipeline health or marketing ROI.
My Approach
Designed and built a custom CRM from scratch with Next.js and Supabase. Created 9 n8n automation workflows: lead capture, 3-step email sequence manager (Day 0 auto-response, Day 3 follow-up, Day 7 handoff), reply detection, daily digest, weekly export, CSV import, error notifications, and a heartbeat monitor. Implemented SSRF protection, CSP/HSTS headers, RLS, and audit triggers.
